The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Quality of Higher Education

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming higher education by improving teaching methods, personalized learning, assessment, research, and institutional management. This study examines the impact of AI on the quality of higher education by analyzing students' and teachers' perceptions. A descriptive survey method was adopted, and data were analyzed using percentages and graphical representations. The findings indicate that AI significantly enhances learning outcomes, academic performance, research quality, and administrative efficiency while presenting challenges related to ethics, privacy, and digital inequality.
