4. No Originality Verification by IJASSH
IJASSH does not conduct plagiarism, similarity, or originality checks. The full and exclusive responsibility for verifying originality, academic integrity, attribution, and legal compliance rests with the submitting authors. Submission constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer.
5. Post-Publication Retraction and Sanctions
If IJASSH determines, at any time after publication, that the work contains plagiarism, redundant or duplicate publication, fabricated or falsified data, unauthorised third-party content, or any other ethical breach, IJASSH may, without prior notice or author approval:
- Retract and remove the manuscript from its website, digital platforms, databases, and any associated print publications.
- Permanently withdraw all DOIs and metadata associated with the work.
IJASSH may post a retraction notice at its discretion.
6. Forfeiture of Fees
If the manuscript is retracted or removed under Section 5, all publication fees, APCs, submission fees, or other costs paid to IJASSH are irrevocably forfeited. No refund, reimbursement, or credit will be issued, regardless of whether the breach was intentional, negligent, or inadvertent, or when discovered.

This policy is binding upon submission. IJASSH may update or amend this policy at any time; the version in effect at the time of submission governs that manuscript.
